| This is not an official Virgin Media website. The Chetnet site was originally set up in October 2002 with the focus being on providing technical support & help for ntl: customers. This expanded over time to encompass Telewest Blueyonder services and then Virgin Media TV services in addition to other areas such as security & networking. Some members of the site team are Virgin Media employees and this is clearly indicated in their signatures when posting. One key message "up front". This is not and does not want to be a 'hell' site. If you arrived here by looking for somewhere to rant about Virgin Media or any other company for that matter, without needing help (or otherwise wanting to contribute positively), keep looking. Keeping it friendly has resulted in "problem solved" for thousands of people, and that is how we intend to keep it.
