Broadband Medic and ntl home 250
Hi,
I download Broadband medic but when I installed it I found there was no mention of thw ntl home 250 SACM, only the ntl home 100,to ntl home 200 plus a fewe non ntl modems. Will a version of Broadband medic be released for the ntl home 250 SACM?

Hi Walter
Its the same version of broadband medic for each modem. Don't worry about the selection of modem as we use it to route any support tickets to a particular queue. The agents who support these are now multi skilled so will be able to answer any issue you may wish to bring up with them via the online chat function.
