Why has this happened?
We have quite a few recordings stored on our V+ box at the moment ( just over half the space used). Today when attempting to watch one of the recorded programmes it requested a PIN number be entered before we were able to watch it. Once the default PIN had been entered it was OK but this has never happened before.
It now appears that after all the programme names listed in the recorded programmes section of the V+ menu, the word "Unknown" is showing. We can't remember what should be there!! Maybe the TV channel the programme was on? And it seems that no programme can be watched without entering the PIN number. Can anyone tell me why this has happened and how to get it back to the way it was please? Any advice gratefully received. Thanks. Ellaye. |
